LU is expanding its business scope into the Southeast Asian market by applying cutting-edge technologies such as green energy, high-performance servers, and supervision cameras across all areas of green smart cities.
On the 23rd of last month, LU signed a strategic cooperation contract (Master Agreement) with the ALT Group in Bangkok, Thailand, centered on these key elements.
The signing ceremony, held at the ALT Group headquarters in Thailand, was attended by Se-ho Kim, Chairman of the LU Group, Bon-jeong Koo, Technology Representative of Eltech Korea, and Ik-jin Jang, Executive Vice President of Technology at Eltech Korea.
From the ALT Group, Chairman Priyapon Tangpaosak, Business Development Executive Pongnawat Phispheng, Green Energy Business Executive Kata Vikhaisik, and Marketing Executive Kao Uppatam were present.
The ALT Group is a large corporation that promotes green energy and smart city construction projects based on its telecommunications business.
Notably, through this contract, LU will be able to participate in the construction of integrated CCTV control centers across Thailand, supplying a total of 30,000 units of high-performance servers and solutions worth approximately $1 billion.

Se-ho Kim, Chairman of the LU Group, stated, "Through this contract, we have established a foothold to expand our business scope throughout Southeast Asia. We will actively apply our expertise in Thailand, along with our $3 billion green energy project in the UAE and India, to complete the millennium green road to save the planet."
