Domestic green hydrogen and ammonia specialist company LU, in collaboration with UAE conglomerate AlphaTan Marine Services, is commencing the production of state-of-the-art imaging equipment.

LU recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for a state-of-the-art imaging equipment production plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE, jointly with AlphaTan Marine Services. The production plant will be established on a site owned by the AlphaTan Group, spanning approximately 20,000 square meters.

An LU representative stated, "Once the facility is completed in the first half of this year, we will have a showroom to demonstrate the supervision camera production line and equipment based on the technology transferred to AlphaTan. This will enable us to immediately produce and supply the necessary quantities for the UAE market."

In particular, LU plans to establish an R&D center for supervision cameras, selling technology optimized for the local market under the AlphaTan Marine Services name.

AlphaTan Marine Services, part of the UAE conglomerate AlphaTan Group, handles various deployments and operations of civilian and military ports and vessels. Muhammad Rashid Musabah Al Amayti, Chairman of the AlphaTan Group, stated, "By leveraging the technology of supervision cameras, we plan to enhance UAE's technological capabilities and lead the Middle East market."

According to the companies, AlphaTan Marine Services plans to sequentially establish additional production plants to stably respond to the rapidly increasing demand. Previously, AlphaTan Group successfully completed performance testing and system integration of the state-of-the-art cameras utilizing patented Korean technology.

Se-ho Kim, Chairman of LU, stated, "Due to the recent unstable situation in the Middle East, the demand for advanced surveillance cameras is growing. We plan to dominate the advanced surveillance camera market in the UAE and expand throughout the Middle East."
